I’m wanting to upgrade my current tires (came with the truck, 2021 Tacoma AC) and looking for some recommendations. I will putting a ATC bobcat camper on it soon with an approximate weight of 800 lbs. The little bit of research I have done, most people are saying to run E rated tires. Is this accurate or overkill? I plan on adding an old man emu lift too.

Some of the characteristics I’m looking for are: good in inclement weather (rain and snow), light off roading (such as on beaches and washed out Forest Service roads), affordable, close to stock size, and good gas mileage (as most miles will be on paved roads). I realize some of these wishes on this list might be mutually exclusive. I’m just a little overwhelmed with all the options out there and was hoping to narrow it down to a couple options to find on sale with black friday coming up.

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
Toyo AT3 E load in 265 70 17 or the Falken AT3W in same size and load range. If I had an 800lb camper in the back I’d go E load.

I came running into this thread ready to talk about pop-up tires, but left realizing it's the wrong kind of pop-up. :pout:
