Just wondering what tire pressure everyone uses for their tires. I have stock rims and the tires are Grabber HTS 60. 245/75r16. The tire psi max says 44 but ive been reading everyone is putting theirs at 30-35 Psi for stock tires. I don't go off roading, mainly city driving. Thanks in advance.

The numbers on the door jamb are suggested for best ride. That will be 29-32 PSI IIRC. The number on the tire (44PSI) is recommended if you're hauling near max loads in your truck or towing heavy.

I always ran closer to 35-38 PSI most of the time. The ride is a little firm, but I hauled some weight quite often and if I'd kept them at 30-32 PSI I would have needed to remember to air up every time I needed to haul some weight and let it out later. I just found it easier to keep the PSI a little closer to max all the time. I'll get 1-2 MPG better fuel mileage at 38 PSI than 32 PSI.

I have the same sized tires in a Michelin Defender. I run 35 in the front and 32 in the back unless I'm hauling something heavy. Then, I'll air the rears up a little.

Awesome thanks everyone for your answers. I really appreciate it. I think I'll start around 35 and see how that goes.

I think that's a good compromise. Any more and it'll ride like a lumber wagon. Much less and, in my opinion, you'll wear them out faster and give up a little in mpgs.

    I'd run 30 cold weather, 35 warm.

Ya, I am going to start at 35 right now. I was running it 28-30 and it wasn't doing to good. It also pulls pretty hard to the right when I have it lower psi.
