Tire Load Range and Load Index Question

Just put on some new BFG Trail Terrain TA's in 265/70-17. Load Index is 115t. I see the weight capacity is 2679 and speed is 118mph. Does this pretty much equate to a "C" load tire? Also does anyone know if the trail terrain is a directional tire or if it can be mounted blackwall or RWL?

 

My load range C Coopers are 112. I think standard load is 116. I think 115 might be Xtra-Load. Between the two. A used Tundra that bought had tires with 115, and it had an XL after.

Trail terrains are standard load so standard operating pressures. It's a mild size bump, no need to change pressures.

C rated can be lower than SL tires, it really varies and you simply stick to the load rating.
