I was working for WallyWorld in Bentonville a couple of decades ago and buying my tires from them because of the employee discount.
My commute was 26 miles one way on winding Arkansas backroads driving a car I liked to push hard, and I'd go through a set of tires in about 12K miles. After I had two tires get bubbles in their sidewalls in the span of a week I got rid of the car, trading it in on an even sportier model. The car came with Sears Roadhandlers and I drove them hard... and after 40K miles they looked like the day I got that car.
I don't buy tires at Walmart.

Walmart is coast to coast so if you do much traveling it seems like a good place to buy tires and road hazard. Problem I found was that they sold tires regionally- and when I was in montana the tires I bought in michigan were considered special order and not kept in stock. My .02

I was actually trying to deal with "Bloom" today.I have a set of Michelin winter tires that I mount on 2017 SR5 rims, the rims look great, the tires are brown and I was trying various cleaners on them, nothing worked. From the little bit of research I did recently ..Adams Tire and Rubber Cleaner claims to clean them up.Has anyone had any experience with this product? The pic doesnt show how brown they really are.20220608_195603.jpg

I haven't used Adams, but Westleys will clean them up good as new in under a minute or two.

i'd try and scrub them down with simple green and using something like aerospace 303 to protect the rubber.

Another recommendation is Meguiar's Non-Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner.

Spray on, let sit for a few minutes, use a hard bristle wheel brush to agitate and wash off. It's inexpensive as well.

Walmart tires suck. Their either chinese, or made from some asian country like thailand. Imo, their just ok for light duty trailers.

Please provide evidence of that claim; not so much about Walmart but more about those countries.

If you’re looking into a good cleaner, something maybe not thought of, is Muc off
I ride mountain bike and have used
    Muc off for everything ,
Anyway, it’s a spray water first, spray on (it’s super foamy) and then scrub brush and rinse off. It’s safe to use and works really well.

Adams Rubber and Tire cleaner is the ticket. I usually scrub my tires down quickly each time I wash the truck. I'm going on a month since I last washed it and the brown on the tires has gotten pretty bad. It happens.

You gotta scrub your tires with a brush every once in a while if you don’t want them to look “brown”. And by scrubbing I mean a lot of elbow grease.

i used to like my tires “black”, I gave up now…

That Wesley's Bleche-White is pretty good. Used to be great but Black Magic bought the brand and I think they toned it down a little, because that old formula stuff would burn straight through a wheel if you let it.

I've had atturo a/t tires on my tundra...they just don't last. 20k miles, and the thread life was gone. I know others have claimed the same, but i had personal experience using them. Yeah, you save some bucks, but in the end there's a reason you get what you pay for.
