...since the passenger side cover is leaking enough..is there a complete parts list or a kit that will supply everything needed to pull it apart and get it all back together. I assume OEM is the way to go, maybe Camelback for the best deal?

cover gaskets, spark plug tube gaskets, bolt grommets, and spark plugs should be about all you'll need

Edit: Be VERY gentle with the plastic fuel rails. They will break. The goal is to limit the amount of breakage that occurs. Mine stayed mostly in tact with the exception of the tabs that have the holes in them for the bolts.

Video in the post above helped me a lot. Check the sticky as well. I used all OEM parts. It took me about 2 days taking my time.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
The bolts are proabably just really loose (it has happened to me on 2 different 3.4l) you can reach most of them with extensions and swivels, just tighten them down gently and your leak will probably go away.

I've already tightened the vc bolts because they were loose. That got me a year a so of slowing down the leak. I did plugs and wires about 25K ago so they should be good still. Really was looking for Toyota part numbers so i can order the parts..

The video from Timmy the Toolman has it all. The spark plug hole grommets take a while to knock out and replace, so set aside enough time for that.

Also doing this right now- as stated above Tim's video has all of the relevant information. Be ready to spend some time working the spark plug gaskets out, as mine were brittle AF. Also, if the plastic above your valve covers is in bad shape, you can fix it using this solution or another like it. It made removal of the valve covers super easy for me. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/idea-for-brittle-plastic-wiring-harness.662176/

All the OEM part numbers should be in the video I posted above.

Be careful pulling the half moons, if you go back and forth the edges will break off easily.
    Pull straight up only!!!

Good thing is the half moons only cost 10.00 new from Toyota

Also if you have a dremel with a wire brush and cable extension that will make short work of cleaning the gasket material on the engine and the parts.
