When Aaron and I did my spindles I fucked mine up so I had to replace them. We just took a wrench and it came right off. It's just on there realllly tight.

Yeah it's all connected. Just turn the nut and it loosens up. You might have to keep the inner tie rod tightened down with something I can't quite remember if it turns or not.

SOOO! the fucking passenger side tie rod end would not budge... not one bit... however the drivers side came off with not effort what-so-ever... driver side is done.

I'm going to have to take it in to get the passengers side done and an steering alignment.

the good news the spindles are shaved down and don't contact the boot anymore.

I don't know wtf happened but the passenger side will not budge

stupid question...are you turning it the right way? the nut acts like a jam nut. turn it counter clockwise so it threads on further and then turn the end off clockwise. if the nut wont budge use a little penatrating oil and heat for persuation propane or MAP torch.

I think its opposite from the driver side

If he was able to get the other side of wouldn't he be turning it the right way? Just a thought but that's actually a good question you asked.

Mark did you try any sort of penetrating oil or anything?

i could be wrong but IIRC on my chevy the pasengerside was left hand threads. the part number for the left tie rod is diff from the right. may be because reverse threads
