I've searched all over this site (as well as the internet) and saw multiple answers. Just wanting to know if anyone here successfully uses a through glass antenna setup for their radio using the back window that came with privacy glass. Thanks.

Through glass is really a last resort in my opinion. There is no ground plane so it is only going to act as a 1/4 wave 0db antenna. Better than using a rubber duckie on an HT but not by a whole lot. Works ok if you only venture a few miles from the repeater but don’t expect much range. If you must, Larson is probably the best glass mount. I don’t honestly know for sure if Toyota rear glass uses metallic privacy film, but that and keeping away from defroster elements is important if you install one.

Just looking into options. The front A-Post/Hood area is already taken up by antennas for two other radios.

I used a Larson glass mount for many years on my accord- it worked well with decent range for my 2M rig. I now use rack mounts for my antennas - they attach to my Prinsu roof mount.
Victory 4x4 makes an antenna mount for the hood that can be attached on either side, that is a good place for an antenna- my AM/FM goes there since I pulled the plug to the OEM antenna in the roof.

The question is will the Larsen work through the rear privacy glass. Trying to avoid spending the money for one and finding out it does not work due to the privacy glass.
