All my friends think I'm a nerd for seeing it! It wasn't nerdy at all! It was pretty action packed with a good story line!

the news came clean last week and showed that even though, the Sky Harbor temp ("official" temperature here) said 100*, it was actually 114.6*

    You would die.

"around those temps" is not 90* with 90% humidity. If the thermometer out there says 90*, I dont care WHAT the humidity is, its still 90*. Next month I'll show you temps. Im gonna place my Thermometer under my shade on my patio, and see at what time it breaks. It goes up to 120*. I'll have pics.

the thermometer registered over 110 for around a week straight (yes i realize yours is like 6 months) and that week i was in re-cert training...meaning all that time was spent in uniform...on asphalt for EVO training and the shooting range (which is not covered)...and the track for PT tests

i say id survive just fine

id still take a dry 120* day over a 100* day where it rains about noon or 1...then the rest of the day is like walking around in a sweaty armpit

The heat dont bother me at all...I WILL say that a 100* day with humidity is still 100*! To me its MUCH cooler than the temps we get here....How many people die out there due to the heat...every summer?
How many cars catch fire when driveing?
How many times is the airport closed because ITS TOO HOT FOR THE FING PLANES TO FLY!?????

    Adam, back me up here.......

we dont have people die because we stay our asses inside!

cars catch fire on a regular basis...but im unsure as to whether or not thats from the heat or because people drive shit-ass junkers and dont maintain them
im not sure planes even fly out of CAE anymore...

shit...just last summer we had something like 3 soldiers die at Fort Jackson from the heat...and we regularly have kids collapse during summer football practice in SC...
