    Has anyone had any recent experience with “The Taco Garage” online store? I order a pro grille from them 11/30 and figured it would ship out Tuesday since they show their hours to be tue-sat, but never received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them by email Friday and then again yesterday without any response. Reached out again today through Facebook and their website chat option so will update as I hear more on that.

    Would like to see if anyone else has had experiences with them and if they had any issues like this. I’ve looked into old reviews and posts showing this is possibly a common thing unfortunately, but they are all older posts

    I ordered a Pro grill on Jan 22, I still haven't gotten it or any shipping confirmation. I sent and email on Feb 6 asking for an update but haven't gotten a response.

    I've dealt with Taco Garage in the past, and recently, and never had any issues. You can call them directly, I believe they are closed Sunday and Monday. Their customer service has always taken time to answer all of my questions. Good Luck
