Received SDHQ Offroad CV Boots in the mail today, ready to change out my busted boot this weekend. Trying to decide if I should do preventative maintenance and swap the other axels boots or just leave them till they blow out....

Were your rear shocks too short with the expos? I was reading through your thread and you stated you have rear extended travels? Do you know if the shock shaft is longer, or did they just add longer eyelets to shock shafts? Can you take a pic of the lower shock eyelet? Right now mine are roughly an inch too short. I really need to pull the lower shock bolts and let it droop out to get a more accurate number of how short my shocks are.

Hey, just noticed this reply. I honestly don't know about ICONS shocks to know. Now looking back I may have accidentally wrote extended travel for the rears, I don't think ICON makes extended travel rears...... :notsure:

Trimmed 2.5" off my front fenders. Used a jigsaw with 21TPI metal blade. Took about an hour total including deburring the cuts and installing a weather stripping over the new edges.

Due to travel next week and how our schedule works out, the girlfriend and I exchanged gifts today. She got me a lot of things for my truck/ prep for Moab and said there was more on the way. Received a ARB tire repair/plug kit, ARB Tire deflator, and Pelfreybilt Hi lift bed mount! So thankful for my amazing girlfriend and her legitimate interest in the outdoors and my crazy adventures.

Picked up a new Bestop Soft topper from Pelfreybilt Offroad today. Installed when I got home. Took 2 wrenches, a utility knife, and a beer to install it. About an hour and a half by myself. Also swung by CSJumpers and picked up LED lights for my Map lights, dome, vanity, and license plate lights.

Yeah I am excited to get new lights and install the hood mounts. Pelfreybilt is the best! Definitely worth the money. What did you get through them?

Received my Flyzeyes lights I purchased from their holiday sale. The V2W was quick, wiring was really easy, but the halos didn't work. They are sending out a new one.

The 3VP was really easy as well. Decided to put the white one in the arm rest and the blue in the glove box. Cell phone camera came in handy with placing the magnets. Just turned the camera on video mode and recorded in the glove box and armrest to make sure lights turned off when shut. Then peeled the sticky backs off and placed them.

Today I am going to cut my 60" hi-lift down to about 50" so that it mounts better with the Pelfreybilt mount.

On another note, Rotopax sent me out a new tank and extended mount. My last one decided it was going to fly off while going down the freeway. The bolt sheered and only one of my tanks stayed. Rotopax never replied to my emails, just mailed out new tank and mount...

Nice build! Got any side shots of the suspension lift?
Just trying to gauge how high the expo leafs lifted it & how much you cranked the icons up.... Also hows the ride now compared to stock?

I used to run all pro expos on my 1st gen :D

I will see what I have when I get home as far as pics. I actually have cranked my icons back down lately, once I put the 700# springs on it raised enough without the preload.
Its definitely not as comfy as stock, but I expected that with a functional lift. It gets me where I want to go without issue. Overall, I love the ride.
