Anyone on here surf and use any kind of Tailgate pad for their boards?

I am looking for something that doubles as a surf pad and bike pad. I don't mind having house separate straps but want to make sure that the tailgate handle isn't covered by the pad. I don't want to have to dig to find the tailgate handle.

Post up some pictures of ur setup.

    Thanks!

I have the FCS tailgate pad
Works good for my longboard, takes a few min to set up
No pics, i'm out of the water for a few months because of surgery
Not sure on price was given to me when a friend sold his truck
Helps keep the wax off the top of tail gate

Da Kine make a bike pad that allows easy tailgate latch access.

Yeah I've seen those but would rather go with the Dakine tailgate surf pad as it's longer. However, I would like to have a pad that goes lower and is the width of the tailgate so I can fit multiple boards and double as a bike pad.

Yeah I saw that but haven't seen a Taco with one of the Dakine bike pads on them. I want to verify the tailgate latch is where the pad latch opening is before I spend $80 online ordering one.
