    Hey ladies & Gents! How many of you folks have made a purchase from Tacoma Lifestyle? I bought some headlights during Black Friday, on 11/20 to be exact. And no one will return my call, email, or FB message about the delivery of said headlights.

    Anyone experience this?

    I’ve gotten quite a few things through them and never had a problem. I’m sure, like a lot of vendors, they are backlogged after Black Friday.

    Would you rather they talk on the phone, write emails or type messages rather than get orders out the door?

    Thats a rather retarded response. Of course I’d like them to fill orders. But, they could respond to an email or give notifications that the order is being processed at the least.

    I ordered 2x from them since I had my Tacoma. They have always sent my order out with in 2-3 days and sent an automated email when it shipped with a tracking number too. Both times they shipped usps to me so that tracking wasn't updated much but that's the postal service for you not the vendors.
    I've never had to message them so can't say how fast they respond.
    I'm sure they will ship your order. Not knowing how large of a company they are and how much staff they have after a big sale I'd allow some extra time.

    Did you get an order confirmation? If so, then your order is likely in process.
    You do realize that all package delivery systems are overloaded thanks to COVID and are going to get worse now that the holiday season is upon us.
    I understand the need for instant gratification, but chill out a bit.

    Most of these places are one man shows man. They don't have a staff. Be patient.

    Not directed at you OP but Geez guys, this is like the 15th thread on wait times. Everyone is not Amazon. Just wait and give the little guys a chance. Ask @SouthernStyleOffRoad or @MESO how a small operation works. They both started small and probably still have problems when they have any kind of increase in orders.
    Lol if you wanted product from my company right now you better have a 12 month blanket forecast because our stuff is at 49 week delivery on some product and that is good compared to competition. Blazing fast is 16 weeks for us. Just chill.

    Yeah, I get it. Trust me, I do. I would just like a confirmation or an email or clarification that it will take a bit for it to process & or ship. That is all. $1000 spent at one time & I don’t at all think it’s too much to ask.

    Tacoma lifestyle company is a Joke. They aren't ready for business. They never respond to messages. They don't ship on time. Worst Company ever. Run from them...

    I would Just wait it out. They are a small company with only a few employees. I've not had really any issue with them except with one tuffskinz item I ordered took several weeks to ship, but they did send me a message about a week in that it was a supplier delay and it did eventually show up.

    There have been complaints about them being a little slow after the big online holiday shopping weekend in the past. It's small business and I think big sales can overwhelm them a bit but you will get your order for sure.

    Oh look, another mod....
    I've order a handful of stuff from Tacoma Lifestyle, I never got a confirmation that the stuff I ordered was shipped out the day I ordered it. Most of it was shipped out about a week (in one case - 3 weeks) after it was ordered.

    As it was said above, they're a small shop and you aren't the only customer they have. You'll get your stuff soon enough.

    I ordered something from them on Nov 29th, and still haven't gotten a tracking number telling me it's been shipped. I just chalk it up to: It's the holiday season, supply chain issues and that they are a small shop.

    I've ordered a dumb amount of stuff from them and while they can be a little slower than i would like, all my stuff has arrived. I just got a prinsu rack from them, their black friday deals have been great and if you follow them on Instagram they have had crates of postal stuff waiting for pickup and the UPS guys is getting his crossfit in loading up the truck.

    I remember sending money orders and waiting MONTHS to get something back. By the time it arrived I’d have forgotten all about it, so it would be an awesome surprise.
