    Can I be one to complain on how long it takes them to ship; placed an order, 3 days later it got charged to my CC; then 2 days I am still waiting for shipping. That's horrible.Never again. I truly hope Tacoma Lifestyle see's this but guarantee they don't care. Won't order from them again.

    Imagine waiting five days for a custom order, geeze. You should sue for emotional damages. :rolleyes:

    You know before Amazon, people were a little more patient, and didn't expect instant gratification, er I mean shipping from everyone.

    The waiting and anticipation used to be part of the fun.

    Maybe you should try a mail in order service, that would be really fun. No idea if they've even received your message yet.

    Edit: fixed smiley, as Bill noted I'm an idiot, lol.

    Easy fix. If the product doesn't come before your CC statement balance comes due, dispute the charge, and then let your dollars vote somewhere else.

    I never had an issue with em. I do think some of their stuff is outsourced and not physically in their warehouse which could be a factor depending on what u ordered if it’s coming from manufacturer. Regardless chill man it’s only been a few days lol

    Order from the supplier directly. The online “Tacoma (insert quirky adjective)” storefronts are hit or miss and usually ordering from the suppliers anyway. I bought my kc hilites cyclones from one of these stores and six weeks later they randomly appeared directly from kc hilites. Lesson learned

    OP,

    I'm currently waiting for a product I bought from vendor who uses USPS--it takes a little longer but I'm ok with it.

    Also, as has been mentioned: read the reviews on their website as well as other sources. (Including TW)

    Lastly, you've made a decision not to buy from them again.

    I drive a Miata.

    They claim to warehouse their stock, but they are still a 3rd party reseller of stuff, and lately about 90% of vendor complaint traffic on this site has been about them. Their general MO is to pop in every few days, respond in a friendly way "hey, whats your order number, let me fix it."

    And that makes me laugh, because I have projects that occasionally go over deadline too, but I dont need my customers to tell me which ones are late. I know from my end what's going to be late before they do. Its fairly simple process management, and would save sooo much labor on the "let me fix it" death spiral that they seem to live in.

    I'm also in the same boat. Received an email stating the order was received and CC was charged right away yet almost 2 weeks in and still no further action. Part of me is compassionate toward Carson's situation however this is a business and it doesn't appear to be run very efficiently. It really isn't the customer's issue that the business is understaffed or disorganized. It doesn't seem out of line for a customer to expect the goods to be sent in short order after the money is collected.

    Same! It's been over a month since I placed my order(Dec 3rd) and I've been told "you should be getting tracking by next week" on Dec 14th on different forum thread and "It will be delivered this week or next week at the latest" on Dec 25th via email. I was also told my order had a 3-4 week lead time but there was nothing about lead times on the website when I placed my order(I would've ordered from a different place if that was the case). I understand they are a small family business but the misinformation is frustrating.
