Tacoma headlite retaining spring installation

    2014 Tacoma Acess Cab 6' bed
    While changing headlite bulb the retaining spring fell out. Ended up getting everything reassembled by putting bulb back in then having the bulb held into place while reinstalling the spring. One held bulb in place with a long handled screw driver while another attached spring. Make sure screw driver point if placed other side of spring where it attaches. You can McGiver another way to held bulb in place but this worked for me

    I always keep this picture handy on my phone when I change bulbs on a 2nd gen truck. Since the clip only falls off when you can afford it least, it helps to have a picture of how it's supposed to look in place.

    BTW, A little dab of RTV at the pivot point does a nice job of holding the retaining clip in place.
