    RC lower bumper light bar
    i was thinking of sometime in the next year adding emergency lights in my taco for my local volunteer fire dept was curious if any of y’all have done it to yours or have any suggestions on what to do and how much it costs i was thinking like a interior light bar with grille lights and some lights in the back kinda like this just red and white IMG_0188.jpgIMG_0187.jpg

    Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
    Your state may have laws pertaining to what colors are permitted and what permit/license may be required to lawfully use them.

    Also keep in mind you may be required to do 360° lighting so the photo is fine, but you didn't mention anything covering the sides specifically so I thought I'd also throw that out there. Also, be careful with interior light bars because they can create a lot of glare issues if not done properly.

    'cost'? as much as you want.

    there's $20 no-name 4-piece all-in-one strobe kits that might not make it through their first outdoor rainfall. there's also singular, but same-sized strobe lights that easily go for $1500 each from high end brands. it's the same argument for tools-- use the dollar store phillips screwdriver, or get the snap on phillips screwdriver. they both provide the same functionality, but one is $90 more.

    better to nail down the price and quality that meets your needs first, and then locate lights/brands that fit within those specifications.
