T-Rex Grilles

Has anyone bought and installed one of these grilles? T-Rex Truck Products

Put 1 on today. Looks pretty nice, TSS works fine, but kinda over priced. If you feel like you're putting too much torture on the nuts then lightly sand the bolt. I sheared one with moderate torque. Luckily only an eighth inch down so it was ok. I'd watch a you tube vid on removing the old grill too...super easy but better to see it first. Also, the openings on the honey comb are very large so the grill is basically see through to the radiator and it seems that rocks and debris could easily hit the radiator. I ordered grill mesh off Amazon and I'll try to put it directly behind the honey comb. There's several colors. Finally, the chrome studs....plastic.

 

Added the mesh. 16 bucks on Amazon. Easy to cut. Came almost the right size and shape. Epoxied the edges.
