I am installing a switch module in my 2018. I am looking for an ignition EDIT: accessory: switched fuse (or tap) in the fuse box, but everything I probe reads 12V. I am sure the ignition is off.
What am I doing wrong? Where do I find an accessory switched circuit?

EDIT: I started probing the fuse panel under the dash board and found an always connected and ignition connected fuse. I didn't probe anymore than those two. Looking for accessory.
I gave up for now - I hope someone can explain and let us know where to find an accessory tap.

    Yeah
You can find switched w/ ignition power in the smaller auxiliary fuse box immediately behind the main box (triangle on right hand side of your pic)

Thanks, I will check that one.
I though Radio and others would be 12V only with ignition on?

I probed all the under hood fuses and that seemed like the only one. Sucks, but it works.

Yes, INJ is ignition, appreciate the response, however, I realize I want Accessory, not ignition.

Well I found power to everything in the fuse box, the only thing I can think of is all the relays/switches are after the fuses?????

That is the Toyota way. Battery-fuse-relay-accessory-ground. Coil side of relay- battery-fuse-branch from relay fused input- switch-ground.

No ACC circuits in engine bay fuse/relay boxes. Only in Cab fuse panel.

Are you requiring a signal only or a source? Because I think you could tap one of two specific wires inside the fuse/relay box in the engine bay.
    Here is one:
