Try Pepper Spray. Spray it on the door handles, and in the air intakes infront of the windshield. Basically when they start their vehicle and turn on the AC or Heater, the pepper spray gets sucked in, thus filling their cabin with the spray. OR, if you know this person pretty good and are in their house often, you could always soak their towel down with pepper spray then hang it back up to dry....A common trick we used to do to inmates when I worked in prisons. Remember pepperspray is activated by water/mucus membranes.

Go to a hunting store and buy this stuff, its called skunk junk. It smells, well like skunk. This stuff is horrid.
We used this once on a person who threw a brick at my camaro, after it had just been painted. What we did is, broke into the car and poured about 3 drops under each seat, and poured god knows how much down the AC vents and some down the air intake by the windshield. They had to sell the car because that smell never goes away.
We also put a dead skunk(road kill) under the car, so they wouldnt know we poured the other stuff all over the car.
Do this only to a person you really hate, which by reading the OP, this person qualifies.

oh you could also put duct tape... on there driveway where the tires roll. they roll over it. makes a loud ass sound. sometimes if they dont take it off it can ruin the brakes.

I've seen a few things over the years. But nothing beats slapping them in court, then being a lienholder on their house or vehicle.

In the early 90's I got rear-ended by a Beemer. The guy had no DL, insurance, hell it wasn't even his car. I looked him square in the eye and said, "If I call the cops you're ficked." He only paid $50 of the $800 bill. My best friend is a Motor Unit SGT in South Florida. He ran the tag and gave me the owner info. I called. She cursed me in Spanish. I sued. I won. The puta didn't show up. I walked across the hall and placed a lien on her Beemer. She finally tried to sell her car 2 years later. I was able to charge her 25% interest (the state max). I got almost $1200 from her.

    Karma, baby, karma
