I’m not near my truck at the moment to check but I’m going to purchase new sway bar bushings for the truck. I see there’s 2 options 26/27mm sway bar and 29/30mm sway bar. My truck is a 2012 double cab trd sport 4x4. Does anyone know what the size would be?

only the TRD OFF ROAD has the smaller diameter swaybar, everything else came with the larger one. So you have the larger one.

Thank you! I assume the smaller diameter allows for more travel when Offroad? Hence why it’s on the Offroad model?

Correct. Allows for easier articulation on the OR models, which might be a function of the fact they have a progressive wound spring so a lesser diameter swaybar could be used without effecting road manners.

EDIT - FYI energy suspension has some universal swaybar bushing sets that are grease able. I know they come in the 28mm diameter for the OR models and they probably have a slightly bigger one for the bigger size.

I think they offer both. Thank you!

    No probs.

I actually did some digging and heres my short thread on the subject

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/trd-or-swaybar-diameter.570895/

The greaseable bushings have been on my truck for awhile. Ill pump a lil bit into em every oil change, zero squeaks, zero slop, bolted right up. Energy suspension lays out the dimensions very well, so if the 28mm ones are the same bracket as the 30, they will bolt right up to our truck without modification.
