hey guys, so this is the second time this has happened, I own a '06 Prerunner Doublecab 4.0L V6, 6 lugger.

so my front left top sway bar link bolt/nut decided to break off again, this happened with the factory links which caused me to buy the AllPro sway bar links, and now, its happened with my AP Links now. and the thing I was wondering, is if you guys knew why it was happening, and why they look like they are getting damaged by the spindle.

So for the time being, Im just going to take my sway bar off and see how things run. but here are some pics

Factory link that broke, now remember, like I said...this is the exact same bolt/but that broke off, same side and place. and I have no idea what is causing it

and here is what im asking about the what looks like being damaged from rubbing against the spindle, its circled in red

Try a sway bar relocation kit. It moves the sway bar towards the front of the truck and will eliminate contact with the knuckle. Or like you said, just take it off.
