Suspension shop recommendations??

Hey all, anyone know of any good quality suspension shops anywhere in NorCal? I’m in East Bay Pleasanton area but am willing to drive a few hours. My only options currently are Accutune and Total Chaos in SoCal, so anything less that that is a win.

I looked at the sticky recommendations, but unfortunately that doesn’t really fit my needs.

I’m hoping to find someplace that does custom valving on shocks and can help dial in my setup perfectly.

I have a very “not stock” set up now, and my suspension desperately needs some professional help.

They put my suspension on wrong the first time. They didn’t know how to adjust the pre-load on BP-51’s and jacked up the collar so bad ARB sent me a new set

 

What!?!? Holy how long ago was this?

 

Ha, I was just about to edit my response with the answer to that… this was just over 2 years ago, so maybe they got some new people since then.

 

Milogen Fabrications in Milpitas or Mark in Fremont. Highly recommend both.

Stellar Built. They're awesome and very knowledgeable. Always working on like 6 tacomas, 4runners, and landcruisers at the same time. They're always willing to talk your ear off and show you around their shop and talk you through what they're doing on current builds. Got a full Dobinsons suspension and leaf upgrade through them recently. Going through them for wheels, tires, and cmc/relocation. Whole-heartedly recommend.

 

If Milo fab is backed up with appointments. Beeps offroad, owner Carter in Hayward can check it out as well.

 

Califab in Sacramento did my long travel build and I'm very happy with the truck and their customer service.

 

I know Beep's does suspension. Not sure if they modify suspension but so close it's worth the call.

 

Milofab knows his stuff very well.

 

Like any shop I guess it comes down to what individual tech is doing the work. They were upgrading my upper control arms and busted one of the spindles. Replaced that and didn't properly seat the ABS wheel sensor, such that the O ring got buggered up and water got in there and now ABS is not working properly.
