I've got a question in relation to soft shells.

Despite searching the crap out of TW, expedition portal, and customs tacos (as well as a few mostly useless google searches) I haven't managed to see any set-ups that incorporate both a headache rack and a soft shell.

Is there anyone out there that has seen it done? or can give me some detailed pictures of how either of the systems mount (focusing on the end closest to the cab?)

Made a call to both manufacturers to check that out. Almost looks like it would be possible.

Bestop Supertop says absolutely not. Waiting on a call back from Softopper.

Softopper says that it most likely their tops will not work with a headache rack. They are asking for pictures if the rack is installed though. They would give a definite answer from there.

i know some guys on here make racks. i wonder if one of them could make one that will work. i’m sure most the reason for one not to work is how high and the angle of the sides.
