    It’s actually a very easy process to remove the bed to get to the fuel pump.
    I installed the AEM 50-1220 340 pump (supercharger) its almost identical in size to the Denso pump
    Rented this Pittsburgh engine hoist for 25.00 a day. Can do this in one day easily.

    Remove the taillights
    Remove the taillights harness
    Remove the gas cap and remove the gas filler section
    Remove one tire for the hoist to slide under,
    Remove the six bolts holding the bed to the frame.

    Nows a good time to clean your frame from rust and spray a coat of paint

    You can also just slide the bed back a couple feet if you don’t want to mess with a hoist. Still easier with two people.

    After removing the 6 bolts that hold the bed to the frame, what do you have to do for an hour before you can get to the fuel pump?

    3in lift (Bilstein 5100, AAL), Bull Bar with halogen Hella Fogs and High Beams
    Did mine the same way...there was no dropping the tank with a rusted strap. Pretty easy to lift the bed off with two people as well

    Yup, winter is. Coming so I figured this would be a go time to paint the frame.

    AND of course that gas line nut was to the fuel pump needed a 4 foot breaker bar to bust it loose

    I think you can remove the front and middle bolts, loosen the very rear bolts as far as you can but leave them in there to hold the rear of the bed in place and then lift the very front
    Of the bed up just enough to get the pump out as long as the fuel lines break free.
    You probably need to remove the gas filler plate

    The Walbro out put flow rate is 190lph and very loud.
    AEM 50-1220 out flow rate is 340 LPH not loud = 95.00 from advanced auto with discounts.
    Zero ping issues with this AEM pump

    Not to discredit you but I run the walbro and honestly don't hear the "loud" part of it..? I guess my magnaflow is interfering. There is a slight hissing when idle is warmed up and the environment is quiet but I can live with it. In fuel demand with the average pulley size used 2.2 to 2.1 do you see an issue or is it just preference?

    I don’t have any experience with the walbro, I’ve heard plenty of people say it’s loud.
    I run a 1.9 custom pulley with stock injectors, again no ping or fuel issues with the AEM pump, it’s output is much higher

    1.9 pulley with stock injectors really?? Wow.. Did you have to create a map or have it tuned, 7th injector?

    I am running a stand alone haltech 2000,
    The haltech has a timing map, fuel map, no open loop or closed loop to deal with and no MAF to deal with.
    The AEM pump has more than enough extra fuel pressure to cover

    Crazy AWESOME! I know Haltech is the tuners choice for complex turbo setups but never knew of anyone doing it on the Toyota 3.4 supercharger configuration. You're at an ABOVE level my friend..

    The haltech has solved all the supercharger ECU problems and the power comes on IMMEDIATELY.
    No closed loop anymore.
    A new band of power in the lower rpms.
    It has a completely new power band now.
    You can swap it back to stock in less than 10 minutes too if needed
