What's up guys!!! Long time lurker, first time poster. I have an '05 TRD offroad with a 6" fabtech lift I bought not too long ago and been going through it. It's throwing code C0200 front speed sensor rh circuit. While the scanner was hooked up I watched the live data on the wheel speeds. FR is showing 0 MPH. Checked continuity on the harness that goes from wheel well to sensor. It has continuity. So i swapped FR & RR sensors and cleared the code. Took it for a drive and FR is still showing 0 MPH. The C0200 code came back as well. The sensor appears to be good because it shows a RR speed. Harness seems to be good showing continuity. Where else could i look? FR sensor came out clean and there doesn't appear to be any dirt/grease in the hole.

I wonder if someone put a wheel bearing in it and install it with the magnetic strip on the wrong side.

If you know someone with something like a Waekon tester, you can send a simulated speed signal through the harness to the ecu and see if the signal is actually getting all the way back (aside from directly connecting it to the sensor to see if the sensor is actually giving a signal).

I just run a set of jumper leads from the known good sensor (in this case the left front) to the vehicle connector for the suspected bad sensor (in this case the right front) (make sure you connect it correctly) and see if it now shows a signal, if it does that tells me the vehicle wiring and ABS module is good and I either have a bad sensor or a problem with the tone ring. If it doesn't then I either have a wiring problem or a bad ABS module.

Thanks guys! Sorry for the late reply, working alot of OT lately. Ill try to do the jumper wires tm and go from there. I know the wheel bearings seem fine and neither have been replaced recently so that may be the issue.

Based on the information provided, this would be my guess.

OP said the error is from a front ABS sensor. ONLY a rear bearing strip issue would cause a code. Front wheel bearings do not have the strip

The front bearings have a magnetic strips on them as well although on the 6 lug trucks it's not really possible to install them backwards but it could be missing or the bearing could have not been assembled properly at the factory.

Well guys I finally got around to replacing the wheel bearings. Went ahead and done both sides. ABS is now functioning like it should.
