While attempting to install a cab rail and Rough Country Molle board, I believe I have stripped the holes to the bolts. Is there a way I can fix this or know if a way so I can continue adding these two things to my truck.

(Molle board is on, 2 of the bolts are fine, middle and driver side bolt, not so much).

Was it an existing hole or one that made for the mounting? Exactly which hole was stripped?

You’ll need to drill and tap it for a larger fastener if it’s truly stripped.

The existing hole is what’s stripped.

1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels
Heli-coil kits are easy to use and will help you to retain the same bolt size. Also adds strength.
