Ok, so I've been searching for days, and I can't find the answer.
I'm looking for the size of the stock Y-pipe. Not the collector leaving, but where they connect to the headers/exhaust manifolds.

All I can find is the aftermarket sizes of URD and Doug thorley.
I'm replacing my clutch in the next couple of weeks, and plan on making my own Y-pipe while keeping the Cats, as I'd like to keep the exhaust fumes to a minimum.
The URD/DT y-pipes sit at 2 1/4", and IMO, that's too big without forced induction. I'm already rockin' DT long tubes, and new muffler. If the stock y-pipe before they consolidate into one pipe is under 2", then I'm going to make a 2" setup on the Y, then go to 2 1/2" leaving the Y.

Anyways, if someone knows that answer to the stock sizing, I'd greatly appreciate it!

That's what I would do if you don't have blower. 2" before the Y and switch to 2.5" would be a balanced setup. Any bigger you would lose the needed back pressure.

u want to keep rear resonator "semi cats" for exhaust fume reasons but ur running long tubes? I do not see the removal of the last two downstream deals doing much of anything..... and that smell is delicious!

Are they in fact resonators? If that's the case, I'll buy new cats.

The cats are gone once you installed the DT Long tubes.

I thought the other two cat-looking things on the Y-pipes were cats as well?

They're just dummy cats. More like resonaters and don't effect emissions. Physical inspection maybe but actually emissions, no.
