Stock headlight lumens?

When looking at aftermarket lights they post how many lumens the lights put out.
For comparison, how many lumens do the stock setup put out for low and high beams?

 

Incandescent bulbs or halogen or whatever they use aren't usually rated in lumens. Standard headlights like that go by watts. I've struggled too to find a good comparison. Also keep in mind that leds can throw light completely different, and the color affects how well you can see things. I would like to see too if there is a lumen rating on them.
