Anyone have this yet? Seems like a great system. Hoping they make for Gen 2.5 soon.

Once they have something that fits in the dash I'll have more interest in something like this. I think there's an unsupported demand for larger aftermarket stereo screens that don't require jumping through hoops to get a more factory look.

Seems like the dash kit for the jeeps look a lot better will be interesting to see what they can do for the 2.5 Tacoma. The larger screen is so much nicer to look at for Maps, last couple of rentals I had smaller screens just a change moving from a 9”

I wouldn’t expect them to ever make a kit for the Tacoma’s

Jeep’s are a MASSIVE market compared to nearly every other vehicle on the road when it comes to adding aftermarket upgrades. If you make a product for the Jeep Wrangler, you can almost guarantee an income stream for the next several years.

which kind of makes sense what the 2.5 had a 3 year production run... the demand may not be there. you may have to go the route of a Scosche or Metra to make this headunit work. I believe the HEIGH10 can be purchased on its own.

Yeah the video even shows the head unit and a standard Metra/scoshe mounting kit. Very few vehicles have “custom” kits. for these larger radios. If you see something like looks custom fit, it’s probably thanks to a generic radio kit and some fab work by the installer

I much prefer the bigger screen and angled more forward. One of the worst parts of gen2 is how “leaned back” the radio is, always gets blown out by the sun.

92A55EA8-1DA6-4AAA-8A80-6092D1AFA6CD.jpg I’ve had it for a year now. Works awesome only thing is the harness hasn’t been released yet tht lets you retain the music information in the cluster gauge screen. Other than that and no vehicle diagnostics available on screen. Works great.

Has anyone run into an issue while using the ma1 wireless Android auto? It keeps deleting in my Bluetooth devices when I shut off the truck so I have to set up Bluetooth every time I turn on the truck. Didn't have this issue with AAwireless and I've tried it on my wife's phone with the same outcome.
