I think this might be a country thing...They were listed in Canada and had a canadian accounting firm. Now they are listed in the U.S. and have the 6th largest accounting firm in the Country...I'm not really concerned about that...
Share offerings...though..is not actually what I thought it was. I read through the SEC filing.
Basically the shareholders at one time approved a 10% of all shares can be offered to company employees as stock options. With the most recent public offering they did this set that at an imbalance. This subsequent offering is to in house employees to get the 10% balance back...They are options that may or may not be exercised at any time...So there are more shares, but they are not being sold on the open market at this time, they are allocated to employees...

So in the end...not really an issue

I sold $GME and $AMC for losses so I’m not doing that again. I’m holding $ZOM for now and back in on $GME for good this time

 

Buy more and average down. I need it around $9 but I was at $13 a share. Bought more shares when it hit $5 hoping it would get back to $9ish to get out of there lol.

 

A few hundred grand slap on the wrist at best. Business as usual considering for years the SEC never enforced Fair Disclosure regulations.

 

At the time I sold, I didn't have a lot invested and so I didn't have a lot of free capital that wasn't tied up in something like Ford (which has saved me). I eventually cut my losses and put the money into Tesla.......

First...HOLD...Unless the stock was a risky flyer or is an abject failure...holding over time will get it back...
Next...Buy...but I would not buy right now. March 19...still looms large. LOTS of put volume for 3/19...There is a re-balancing reckoning coming for stocks. There are many funds which must maintain a Sock:Bond dollar ratio for security. The massive run up in stocks means they MUST sell stocks to buy bonds to maintain their ratio. They are selling stocks NOT because they are diminished in value, but because they MUST sell..it's just like the secondary effect of the $GME squeeze..You may find sitting on some cash for a few weeks has a payoff with discount shares available at the end of the month..

Who knows...
Maybe stocks crash enough that there is no longer an imbalance at the end of the quarter in dollar value so the funds don't have to sell...
