Liquidity is key. Yes you can hold and “maybe” make more.

but one thing I have learned the hard way in 2020 was be humbled by a 20%+ gain and not greedy to the point it falls off the cliff.

I guess after multiple snatches and rides up just to have it all wiped out in pre or post market woke me up.

I’ll hold my long stock but honestly if it’s sub $1-$2 I rather have my guaranteed gain at this point.

been messing around with Ethereum Classic (ETC) this past week and it's up 48% for me

 

same here for some of them. I just kept setting limit sales at 20-25% price gains, walked, and set limits to buy when it dropped again.

Now it looks like (non Reddit research) long calls @$150 for $MU $90.96 and Shares of $SFTBY $49.42 ...Both are expected to STILL outperform and have valid price increases based on company performance independent of MEME's

 

I bought some Riot Friday and sold 2 covered calls. The premiums are just to nice.

 

With $BTC breaking $56k it’s likely you’ll find those calls have greatly increased in value.
Did you also buy a put to protect against a crash?
