I guess, the densely populated areas truly live up to the moniker. Starting to look like slums. Up in the hills where i live the architecture is mostly quite nice. Basically ran through every type of mid-century style house with colonials and basic bilevels sprinkled in between (occasional shack here and there too)

Grab the $44's in my opinion...
2 $44's for $300 total beats 3 $46's for $300...
Stock closes at $45.85 on closing day you lose $300 with the $46's....You make $70 with the $44's...
Once it breaks $46 it has to go to $47.01 before you're making money.
It needs to go to....

OK...So I put this in a spreadsheet for you to show you there is no benefit to buying the $46 over the $44 unless you think it's going way over $50 in a month...See the break even for each vs the profits? They are the same return at $50 for the same investment...
The -900 is just mathematical...you're never exceeding $-300 but that's how far in the hole the $46's are...
If you want to make $50 the $44's only have to see a price of $45.75...To make $50 on the $46 calls you need a price over $47.25 and by that time you $44's are worth $350
