If there's a discrepancy in the votes, i.e. more votes than shares, it would be in their best interest to disclose that information immediately. Shareholder meeting is 6/9, so at the latest, I expect we'll hear something a week before that.

This is not to say that there isn't a short, etc. But this is to say - the retail investors are such a small piece of this pie, if everyone on reddit casted a vote per share, that's a drop in the bucket. You need everyone here to have casted votes and not abstained, etc.

My bet - you're going to see about 70% votes. No reason for that number, I dunno what the standards/typical voting numbers are. But, I doubt you'll see >100%. I'm out of GME entirely, no skin in that game at all (no pun intended).

I rode the train 153 to 190 I think was my numbers, or there abouts. I can check my cost basis, I only did 1 share.

Those posted numbers are speculative at best as far as retail ownership is concerned.

More speculation, but Fidelity got 4.5m new users in the last couple months. It's safe to say that many of them were robinhood defectors. Lets say half of them own GME. 2.25m customers. They'd only need 13 shares a piece cover the free float. If only half of those users vote, then that's half the free float.

That's one broker in just a couple months.
