So I just ordered a set of stealth custom series f5s. They are 17x9 -38 offset. My question is what size scs spline lugs do I order from them? I drive a 2020 Tacoma sr double cab 4x4.

Why don’t you ask them? Those are aggressive wheels. What tires and lift do you have? Are you prepared to do a bunch of cutting?

I sent them email asking. I am getting 33s and putting on a stage 1 icon suspension lift.

I think you’re going to have a huge amount of rubbing with that wide wheel and aggressive offset.

My SR8's are 17x8.5 with -10 offset and with 33's (285/70/17) mine rub at near full lock when pulling into my driveway. I have a ~1" front lift, stock UCAs, CMC and pinch welds done (by a shop that specializes in Tacomas). Some minor plastic trimming should fix the rubbing for me. I'll also need to trim the plastic in front of the wheels and push the fender liners forward to avoid rubbing when off-roading. With -38 offset your tires will stick out at least a full inch further than mine. The further they stick out, the more they'll rub. An alignment that maxes out caster can help but might not be enough with that offset, especially if you plan to go off-road.
