How is the start x & Car link combo holding up for everyone?

    Pretty reliable?

I have this setup in my 2020 TRD off road. Everything work perfectly except door unlock with use off CarLink app.
I am thinking about returning Start-X and try different system. To be honest I would keep this system if I had door unlock with use of app functional.
When I am trying to unlock door I can still hear that car is receiving some signal (2 clicks under dashboard) but door are not unlocked.
I am suspecting that it may be related to toyota security setup , not to missing unlock wire in Start-x module.
If somebody was able to unlock door with use of CL6 app please give me some directions how to do it.

I have a 2020 Rav4 XLE Premim. I was able to connect the start-x to carlink. But I had a dead battery and the pairing between carlink and start-x starter was lost. I'm able to start the vehicle using the key fob, but nothing happens with the app. I already reset the start-x , disconnected the 8 pin connector from carlink module, uninstalled the app from the cell , and removed and added the vehicle over again. But all I get is a flashing red light carlink module. Has anyone else experience this and how were you able to fix it ? I tried contacting the manufacturer and all they tell me is that the device is defective. I asked them how can their module break by removing power. It should be able to pair up again once you go through the pairing process.

I've replaced battery on my highlander and tacoma and no issues with connected startx and cell module. Both worked just like before.
