for the last week I have been searching the TW for something I saw and thought I saved.
someone has a SR access cab with seat and seat belt delete. the person put an eyebolt in the lower seatbelt bolt would have gone.
I have looked on the Toyota parts website - if the information was there- it must have been staring me in the face and I didn't see it
what I would like to know is the specifications of the eyebolt used.

    thanks Folks

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Why don't you remove one of the bolts and visit the closest well-supplied hardware store to determine its diameter & pitch.
You can easily find a matching eyebolt (diameter & pitch) from an outfit like McMaster-Carr (https://www.mcmaster.com/eyebolts/system-of-measurement~metric/) if you're wanting something of reliable strength or physical dimensions.

because the bolt has never been there. so that would make it rather difficult to do

    It's likely one of these:
    M8x1.25
    M10x1.25
    M10x1.50
M12x1.75 (unlikely as this is close to 1/2")
Buy one of each and try it, assuming there's a threaded hole (or insert) for it to screw into.
That'll determine the size. After that, chase after the appropriate strength eyebolt.

Pretty sure they're M10x1.5 I know they're particularly fine thread.

    M10x1.25 is fine thread
    M10x1.50 is coarse thread
