Has anyone had this suspension squeak and found any solutions to stop it? I’ve read around and I’ve found old posts that say that the bushings need some lubrication. There are also other posts that say they’ve tried that and it didn’t work.

I’m due for my 10k service so I was going to bring it up to them. I only hear it at low speeds (>5) but I can also shake the truck and hear it then. I’ll include a video.

Thanks in advance. Everything is stock except for cosmetic mods.

I did go on a camping trip this past weekend about 350 miles round trip, but I was hauling normal gear for camping. I did strap two ice chests onto my Diamondback cover, but nothing out of the ordinary. If that info helps.

    Again, thanks in advance.

    Does it clunk/bang over speedbumps?

I haven’t gone over any speed bumps since I just noticed it, but I’m sure I heard it when hitting some small pot holes in the street. I’ll also post a video of it squeaking while driving at low speeds.

I had an issue with the front end of my truck and it was from bad frame/rad support bushings. This could be bad bushings in the control arms

Mine was kind if like that but only over speed bumps. I would have the dealer check the front rad support bushings. They tend to fail early on with these trucks

Oh no no. A 10k mile truck that is mostly stock? That should not happen. That is a nasty squeak. Hope you or the dealer find the cause.

Try some WD40 dry lube at your UCA bushings. Also at the LCA bushings.

Yeah I’m going to give that a try. I’m also going to take it for scheduled maintenance at Toyota, so I’ll ask them about it.

Have them do it, Then you mess with it. I have read dealers coming up with bs once they see you tried something. Don’t give them reasons to come up with bs and have you bite the bullet. Cheers!

Thanks! I’ll definitely let them look at it first.

That is your front body mounts. Had mine replaced at 7000 miles. Took a couple trips before I was able to convince the dealer that what it was.

I fought this battle too. Switched dealers, replaced both front body mount bushings. One was worn through to metal. Came back in another few thousand miles. Sitting at 60k miles now and it’s really annoying. My wife makes fun of the truck (she has a Jeep so she knows rattles and squeaks). Want to replace myself but read people struggle to get bolts back in if frame shifts. I’m too old for that nonsense, and Toyota refuses to replace again.
