Rear suspension squeaks super bad any time there’s any bump in the road, getting in and out of the car, speed bumps, parking, and pretty much anything else. I’ve tried pressure washing the leafs but the noise just returns after they dry off. Any suggestions? If I stand on the back of the bed and bounce up and down it’ll squeak also

It's the rear leafs, metal on metal. You can do this or take them apart and grease them up.

Got my '16 used, i noticed that it was squeaky, read all about it here on the forums, i just turned my music up and ignored it, now with the window down and the music off, i don't notice the squeak anymore, possibly because i'm getting older and i've lost those freqs in my ears.

I wonder if you sprayed those leafs well with cosmoline or similar then let it dry it would prevent any squeaking. When i rustproofed my truck last year with it i haven't any leaf spring squeak's yet. I had a weird squeak this winter, that sounded like in the front end, or cab, but finally traced it to the articulating steering wheel. When i pulled the steering wheel in, or out the squeak would appear. Shot some silicon spray up in there, and moved the wheel around a few times it went away, and hasn't come back.

Krown oil undercoats alleviated all squeaks for me..

There's actually a TSB for squeaky springs: T-SB-0273-17 R2: Rear Suspension Silencer Pad Squeak Noise

Like @Grossomoto suggested, the best remedy would be to take the leafs apart and grease them. Mine squeaked a lot so I soaked them down with ‘Lucas Engine Treatment’ when I had them apart during my AAL installation and haven’t heard any noises since.
If taking them apart isn’t possible, i’d try jacking up the rear of the truck from the trailer hitch (to spread the leafs as much as possible) and liberally spray both sides of them with something like FluidFilm. IMO, spraying WD40-type products might stop the squeaks initially, but won’t last very long. I doubt spraying with those Cosmoline-type coatings would creep in between the leafs enough to stop the squeaks permanently either.

Ever heard of the expression “squeaky wheel gets the grease?”

    Try adding grease..

I sprayed fluid film between the leafs this past fall when I was coating the frame. They haven’t squeaked since.
