Anyone have issues while streaming spotify of the music intermittently cutting out for very brief periods of time? It's almost like it will jumble ~1 second of audio and then be totally fine; it happens probably once a song or every other song. I've tried updating Entune, disconnecting, reconnecting, toggling bluetooth on and off, you name it. Running an iPhone 6s. Not even sure it's a truck issue, could be a phone issue, just not sure how to figure it out.

    I haven't been having any issues.... iOS 12 - iPhone X.

When you say disconnecting reconnecting, do you mean you forgot the phone from your truck and re-paired it? If not, try that as well.

Made sure everything is up to date? iOS and Spotify app wise?

I've been getting this recently as well. It seems like once or twice an hour it'll just skip over a second or so of music.

Samsung S7 Edge, Spotify premium with music saved to phone. Not sure what's going on here either.

The problem I have right now with Spotify (latest software) on my iPhone 6 (running the latest firmware), is that the music will play at double or triple speed for a second, then silence, then more hyper-sped-up music.

Have tried unpairing/re-pairing the bluetooth. So far no joy.

I guess it could be the phone, the truck, or the Spotify app. And everyone is going to point to everyone else.

Same issue here, but I use Apple Music and iPhone X. Get into truck and start playing music via Bluetooth, but it plays exactly as described in the post above this.

Thanks treimche, you just saved me about a grand because I was about to upgrade my phone in attempt to solve the issue.

My wifes phone does this when she listens to podcasts in my truck. She has an iphone 6 and it will play the podcasts at like 3x speed and then cutout. She has an otterbox on the phone and for some reason when you take the phone out of the case, it doesn't do it as often. Could be a placebo, could be better signal between my trucks audio system and the phone. :notsure:

Oh, must be from the movie "Fargo." Nope never seen it, but I should watch just so I know when people talk about it. Funny thing about that movie, it wasn't even filmed here.

What seems to work for me, is to start Spotify before I am in the truck's bluetooth range, so that it plays on the iPhone speaker. Then it transfers to the truck okay, or at least it did today.

It's not just Spotify though. Mine does it when streaming Apple Music, but only in my Tacoma though. Works perfectly fine in my car that has an older Kenwood bluetooth radio, and also works perfect when using my bluetooth headphones.

I use Pandora and once in a while it will 'skip' or fast forward through a song...
