SportRack Roof Rack - SR1005 Fit Guide

Hey Folks,

In an effort to not drill holes into my roof, I'm going to check out the SportRack Roof bars that are sort of universal fit, but they have a bunch of different models per vehicle.

As far as Tacoma's go, their fit guide suggests the following:

Model: SR1005

Tacoma 2DR 96-00
Tacoma 4DR Double Cab 01-04

Neither of these exactly fits my case, but is close. My truck is a 2DR Extra Cab 2001

My intention is to clip it over the extra cab windows. I just need the one bar, as the second bar will go into my hitch receiver, goal post style.

Has anyone tried the SportRack bars, or have any thoughts on if the SR1005 should do the trick?
