    Haven't seen too much discussion on these...anyone run them? I know it's not preferred but would like to hear some feedback on those that have.

    I think he means the lazy man 2 piece units you can install w/o disassembly of stuff.

    With how cheap aftermarket axle replacements are, I wouldn't risk a split CV boot install.

    I would only consider those as a trail repair, but even then I would just let the axle eat shit and replace it.

    Yeah man one of mine tore when I put my OME 886's on, its a bummer but I've been driving like that for months and it's going just fine. I'll pay the 80 bucks or whatever to replace the axle when I need to

    Most don't know that there is supposed to be slack for the tip. Have not popped once since, during the Rear Seat Stain Mod.
