Anyone know or have ideas for speaker stands that can fit on the rails of the Tacoma? My family and I enjoy drive-in movie theaters and wanted a cool sound system setup while sitting in the bed. Wanted to see if anyone had something like this set up? We currently use one of those large portable speakers but quality isn’t very good.

Wakeboard speakers or most "garage" speakers should mount to the bed rails.

Side by Side Speakers or Boat Speakers will work great but they are designed and tuned as Loud Speakers. They definitely need to be amped for correct sound and amplification as they need a lot of power. Speakers alone will produce a lot of sound but will have little bass to them due to not being in a confined area. Some kind of roll cage or rear bar setup for mounting them. You should look at Rockford Foscate located here in AZ. If you wanted to do something on the cheaper side I would pick up a JBL Portable speaker or speakers and link them.
