Spark Plug From A Honda Burned?

    2016 CR-V with a little over 100k miles. Getting substantial hesitation from idle applying semi-aggressive acceleration like "oh crap where did that car come from", enough the car will occasionally stall but 2-3 surges before. Runs well with moderate acceleration. Trying some fuel system cleaner and changing spark plugs.
    I was surprised to see the burning on the insulator and so very consistent on all 4 cylinders. The electrodes look ready to be retired but I don't see anything alarming.

    I put new Denso plugs back in with part number per owners manual

    The black dots are me identifying which plug came from which cylinder. The light brown will wipe off but not the black. The black ring goes all the way around the insulator so hard to imagine a crack with that consistency. Coil packs looked in very good condition
