Sensus has the Taco Pad, it's just a smaller Bachelor Pad.https://www.thesensus.com/taco-pad
I bought a Yakima Gatekeeper in January and after taking the bike on and off a few times the velcro stopped sticking. Moved to the next strap over, same exact thing. Turned out to be junk. I'm looking at the Sensus and returning the Yakima to REI.

Much prefer the tailgate pad to a hitch rack or a rail mount. Easy to install, the bike is easy on & easy off, and frees up the hitch receiver for the rare occasion I have to tow something. I had a RockyMount mounted to the back of the bed but you had to take the front wheel off to use it. I hate fussing with my bike anymore than I have to. Show up and ride. For security I run a wire choker through the frame and lock it to the bed.

I like my EVOC pad beside the handle not lining up with the flap.

For what it is worth, I have bought the new Race Face pad for my 2020 TRD OR. I have to say, I really like the product. Been using it for three or four months to haul bikes from our house to parks where the wife and kid can ride. The price as not terrible (especially compared to the whole bike rack, hitch rack options). Holds three bikes easily and very secure. It is beefy. Well made. Covers the whole bed. Overall, I am very pleased and glad I got it.

Not that the other pads are not great ... just wanted to share my experience with the Race Face.

yea i went to the site after i made this post and saw they came out with the taco pad earlier this year. the thing with the bachelor pad is they had that extra panel you could lean back on with the tailgate open. it doesn't look like they brought that over to the taco pad, which sucks imo.

I messaged Sensus as the taco pad was great for the older gen taco. They have developed a new version for the 3rd gen but with manufacturing delays they are expecting release late fall 21’
