In short, yes, depending on where you live. It will vary by state. South Dakota allows for certain ATVs/UTVs to be registered as motorcycles, much like dual sport bikes. Florida is a little more lenient than most states and does not specifically exclude them from operating on roadways, but there's no way to get a FL state registration. DOT expects states to honor other state's DMV licensing and registration regulations.

That's literally not what I said. It is registered and titled in South Dakota. I've already spoken with my local DMV, and if they can't do a title transfer, they have to honor SD's registration. Check out or call Dirt Legal. They do this in Florida all the time.
