ALG barrel nut and 2 sets of screws will be included.
You will need to supply your own shims and the ALG specific barrel nut wrench in order to use this.
Other than a couple marks on the underside of the rail (see pics) it is in excellent condition. The marks at the bottom are the result of pivoting the upper and lower on pivot pin, in which case the rail will touch the lower receiver mag well. So a slight cosmetic flaw. Retail for this rail is $155.

All that being said, this rail is used and I'll let it go for $75 shipped to your door. PP f&f.

In the early days, ALG included the barrel nut wrench with all rails. They stopped doing that a while back. If you need one, they sell it for $5 on their website. I need to keep mine for one remaining rig that I use an ALG rail and barrel nut on.
