    Lift, garmin,
hello guys, I am new to this group! And just had a quick question! I saw this Nissan frontier with a soft topper on the back! It was just curious if it would fit my 2019 Tacoma double cab with the short bed?

Depends. The rail clamps will likely be different and will need replacing. I am not sure if the cab height will be the same or not.

That cover looks like it doesn’t fit the Nissan lol . I’m going to say no if it is for the Nissan. Toyota are different .check out the for sale section here there is a softopper post of members selling them or wanting to buy .

I had a 5ft Frontier and tried the same Softopper on my new Tacoma 5ft. The pic above does show a proper fit. I scoured the interweb for this answer prior to getting the new truck to no avail. I have the brackets (in fact I've got a second set since the crappy customer service at Softopper took 3 weeks to get them to me and then sent me duplicates). The answer is...the top sort of fits...not ideal, and I wouldn't have it on for extended use. But for a weekend or so or short term use I'll use it. It isn't quite long enough to get all the way over the tailgate, so it could let some water in. I could definitely extend it with some material if I wanted to make it work better.
