Actually got new oakleys last week, repurposed my racing jackets with clear lenses and now they're "official" 2Fang safety eyewear....

With 2Fang and a coworker sympathetic to our cause......success!!!!

The DropBear had developed a rather large draw on the battery. 187mA
Got the draw narrowed down finally to the interface for the aftermarket Head Unit.
Had him leave the radio fuse out, so I could swap it.
On the drive home........could have been an episode of Roadkill.

    On the way............
    Airbag light
    No turn signals
    No heater controls
    No information display
    No prndl lights
Heater actuator stuck in the hot position, blowing like 90 degree
    air out of the vents

    Then after a quick stop
    Check engine light
Host of all the vsc lights....

I was wondering if it was gonna stop and burn down......
But was laughing my ass off the whole time.

Lil2Fang was like, "what else can go wrong?????"
To which I responded, "don't say that. Never say that. Something will find us."

Luckily tonight, after some help from a toyota friend, discovered a fuse outta place.

    Win!!!!!!!

It's never easy! Revel in the easy fix for this..........

Now on to the little things so @Mrs2Fang can wheel her rig with us this year.....

It's been out for a little while. It's still on my table and still have to procure an antenna and coax for it.
Whole pandemic crap backburnered it since the idea of getting a license pretty much went out the window at that point.

Quick question, while we are on the subject of CB. Do I need a spring or just hard mount for my antenna?

Considering you wheel, I'd personally put it on a spring. Especially since it's a FireStik.
