Put it under the axle, not the frame.

I keep scrap 2x6's in the bed for an occasion like this or if I need to put something under the jack to increase the surface area if I am on gravel.

Replacing everything worn, broken, and rusted.
Yeah mine has one. Under rear seats in an Access Cab. Instructions are on it. Has to be under axle in rear.

This is the second post the OP has made about this.

    Let me clarify:
OP is not smart enough to operate a bottle jack
Furthermore he's not well versed in the ways of using an internet forum, nor the written word.

Costly option (stock): Safe jack + get a early 2000's 4runner jack (Tacoma Jack's have fitment issues with the safe jack).

Cheaper option: Get a new jack that works on your truck and find a place to store it.

    Economical option: get some wood.
