    Buy a 2020 TRD Offroad. That'd be the best bet. Can't trust a faulty hitch receiver.

    It's a chain connect point. Boomer is right, nothing should ever be pulled by or towed from these points. They aren't load bearing and could cause some serious harm to people and/or equipment.
