Anyone know more about these campers? Looks like a real nifty idea, similar to a gfc. The side entry is interesting and the rain catch I saw today is way cool. I think they may still be being developed/designed? The Instagram page only has posts from this year. Not too much on the website either

"TRUCK COMPATIBILITY With three models and two available storage add-ons, a Skinny Guy Camper will fit on most North American pick-up trucks."

Cool idea and all, but what happens to all the stuff that you normally put in the bed?

    Tools, spare parts, etc...

Interesting concept. Looks like the floor pan sits on top of the rails, which should leave a nice storage compartment underneath? I actually like that better than the GFC.

one of the recent ig posts showing the water channels also shows what im guessing to be drawers under the camper. like a shorter (height wise) decked system? idk

Yeah, I just noticed that. That's cool at least.

But it doesn't sound like he's got anything for non-domestic trucks at this point.

I've always liked the flippac style (like this one, too). But they just end up being so damn expensive. And I thought RTTs were expensive!

Seems like for some of these you could get an offroad trailer with an RTT for just as much.

My Father-in-law was looking for a camper setup for his Jeep, and we found ones that replaced the rear hard top and flipped open like the flippac but goddamn the base model was over 7 grand.
